Your Rights and Obligations

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the hbajji platform — including the website at hbajji.app, any associated mobile applications, and all games, betting markets, payment services, and promotional features offered therein — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and hbajji (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the hbajji platform and close your account if one has already been created.

Your continued use of the hbajji platform following any update or revision to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend saving or printing a copy of these terms for your personal records.

hbajji is strictly an adult entertainment platform. To register an account and use any feature of the hbajji platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person (individual human being) and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration and keep that information updated at all times.

• You must not be accessing the hbajji platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of hbajji is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not have had a previous hbajji account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

hbajji is intended for players located in Bangladesh. By registering, you represent that you are accessing the platform from a location where online gaming activities of this nature are not prohibited. hbajji makes no representation that use of the platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside Bangladesh.

Each eligible individual may hold one hbajji account only. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any bonus funds.

During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document
• Date of birth
• Valid email address (used for account communications and password recovery)
• Mobile phone number (used for two-factor authentication where enabled)
• Preferred deposit and withdrawal method

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. hbajji will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact hbajji support immediately.

hbajji reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process by providing documents and information reasonably requested by the platform within the timeframes specified.

hbajji supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at hbajji's discretion; the current list of supported methods will always be displayed within your account dashboard.

Deposits: Deposits are typically credited to your hbajji balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction. hbajji does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by hbajji within 24 hours of submission, subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in line with our anti-money laundering (AML) policy. hbajji does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Withdrawals cannot be processed to a payment method different from the one used to make the associated deposit.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal (see Section 5).
• hbajji reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request it deems unusual.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect balance being credited to your account, hbajji reserves the right to reverse that credit at any time.

hbajji offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is announced.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to real (withdrawable) funds. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified, eligible players aged 18 and above. Players who have self-excluded or are subject to a responsible gaming restriction are not eligible for bonus offers.
• One Bonus Per Household: Only one bonus of any given type may be claimed per household, device, or IP address during the promotional period.
• Expiry: Bonus funds not used within the timeframe specified in the promotion details will expire and be removed from your account balance automatically.
• Misuse: hbajji reserves the right to void any bonus and reclaim associated funds if there is evidence that a player has attempted to abuse or exploit a promotion through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, or any other method not in the spirit of the offer.
• Withdrawal Restriction: Real-money funds that form part of a combined balance (real + bonus) cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement attached to the bonus component has been fully met, unless you choose to forfeit the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.

hbajji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will be reflected in the current promotion details on the platform.

hbajji is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or live table game environments.
• Attempting to launder money or use the hbajji platform as a vehicle for any financial crime, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or identity theft.
• Registering or operating more than one hbajji account, whether personally or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to reverse transactions through your payment provider ("chargebacks") on deposits that have been wagered on the platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation.

hbajji employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor platform activity continuously. Any account flagged for suspicious activity may be placed under review, with withdrawals suspended pending investigation. hbajji will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in cases involving suspected criminal conduct.

hbajji recognises that gambling can become harmful for a small number of players. We take our duty of care seriously and provide a suite of responsible gaming tools that every player may access at any time through their account settings or by contacting our support team.

Available responsible gaming tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap. Once set, deposit limits can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Time-Out: Take a temporary break from the platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, your account is inaccessible and you will not receive any promotional communications from hbajji.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the chosen period and cannot be lifted at short notice.

All content published on the hbajji platform — including but not limited to the hbajji brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, written content, software, and game interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of hbajji or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hbajji platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly display, or create derivative works from any hbajji content without prior written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the hbajji platform.
• Use the hbajji name, logo, or brand assets in any marketing, social media, or commercial context without explicit written permission from hbajji.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the hbajji platform software.

Game content available on hbajji, including slot games, live casino tables, and sports betting interfaces, is provided under licence from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in such content remain with the respective providers.

The hbajji platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While hbajji makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform is available, accurate, and secure at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hbajji shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from technical errors, platform downtime, or connectivity issues beyond hbajji's reasonable control.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the hbajji platform.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking institution.
• Any interruption to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, government action, natural disaster, or any other force majeure event.

In all cases where hbajji is found to be liable, the maximum aggregate liability of hbajji to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their hbajji account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hbajji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity verification or age verification checks within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct involving the account.
• Operation of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request to suspend or close the account.
• Reasonable belief that the account is being accessed from a jurisdiction where the use of online gambling platforms is prohibited.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your hbajji account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to successful identity verification.

Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure, whether the closure is initiated by the player or by hbajji.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. hbajji operates as an entertainment platform and aims to resolve all player disputes promptly and fairly.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute regarding any bet, game outcome, account decision, or payment transaction, you should follow the steps below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Raise your concern directly with the hbajji support team via live chat. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage within 24 hours. Please provide your account username, the relevant transaction or game reference number, and a clear description of your concern.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial support interaction, you may submit a formal written complaint by emailing [email protected]. Formal complaints are reviewed by a senior member of the hbajji operations team and a response will be provided within 5 business days.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If a resolution cannot be reached through the above steps, hbajji will engage in good-faith mediation with the player to reach a fair outcome. The decision reached through mediation will be final and binding on both parties.

Game outcomes determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are final and are not subject to reversal except in cases of a verified technical malfunction that demonstrably affected the game result.

hbajji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, hbajji will notify registered players via email or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes come into effect, except where an immediate update is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons, in which case the changes may take effect immediately.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available at hbajji.app/terms-conditions and will display the effective date at the top of the document. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the hbajji platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.
